Pimpernel House rooms
Our rooms are named after the main characters in the Scarlet Pimpernel story "Sir Percy Blakeney", and his wife "Marguerite". Each room has fluffy white towels, Egyptian cotton luxury bed linen, and toiletries provided as well as complimentary tea and coffee making facilities with delicious home-made shortbread biscuits, and even a small Carafe of Sherry for a late night tipple with our compliments.
This room is an extremely large, double aspect room with a super-king size double bed, ample hanging and drawer space and comfortable seating.
There is a flat screen TV with a DVD player and Freeview channels.
The en-suite shower room is light and airy with a large sash window. It has a double size shower enclosure with a power shower for all the hot water you could want.
The sink is large and stylish, and has plenty of space for all your personal care effects.
This room was completely refurbished at the end of 2012 and, like Blakeney, is a double aspect, large double room and is situated at the back of the property.
The room has a European king size double bed, pine wardrobe and distinctive period wall hung mirror and shelving unit, comfortable seating and a digital flat screen TV with built in DVD player and freeview channels.
The shower room provides a double sized shower enclosure, power shower and stylish basin set on an antique washstand.
